A car slows down at a stop sign and keeps driving. A cop sees him and pulls him over.

The cop asks, "Why didn't you stop?"

The man says, "I slowed down."

The cop pulls out his nightstick and starts beating him. "Now," the cop says, "do you want me to stop or slow down?"

 

That guy was quick to save that tire!

I wouldn’t ask the cop to stop... the bigger the beat down the bigger the settlement!

 

Maybe you should look up the Rodney king beating, he didn't get squat for that. Something like 2 million after all was said and done and he was left more medical issue than you can shake a stick at.

 

He also bought a bunch of crack with his settlement coin!

And while independent of the beating itself, I have trouble finding a shred of sympathy for him.

You were asking what his drug habit has to do with the conversation.

I simply responded that it illustrates the type of person he was/is. His beating pretty brutal, but he initiated it.
