I dont like that guy. He was trying to sell a "trailer" he "built" for like $20k. You could call him an ARB fanboy/purist. Anything other than ARB/OME and it never works correctly.

Also another reason why I quit that mid atlantic overland group a while ago. If you stay on the trails its ok, but if you go and explore and get into mud on parts that are not designated trails, then you are degrading the earth, and its not real overland

Just installed this floor in one unit of a four family apt building we own. I have zero experience with this, but I have installed many other types of flooring. I will be using it for EVERY rental I have from now on. This kitchen took me all of two hours. It feels very sturdy and has great reviews. At $1.79/Square foot it's on the cheaper end of the floor spectrum.
