I don’t really promote products cause everyone has an opinion, but I must say that this has to be one of best advancement in auto detailing that I have seen in years. I work in a ship yard and no matter how far away I park, I always get overspray. Did a small section today and this brought the finish back to that showroom finish.

Installed my RVM riser. Absolute must on the Eternal mod list IMO. Also tinted the windows and filled the tank for the second time. Managed 19.17 MPG and didn’t hit the highway once. I bet I can get it over 20 before I start going negative because of the other mods I am planning out.

A few thoughts on this...I love having a swingout. Being able to change a tire on a dime is very valuable in a trail situation.

BUT...I would (will?) do things differently next time:

Dual swingout. The single arm that I have now creates a large footprint and has a hell of a lever arm. A friend of mine* was in a rock garden, came down hard, and the swingout came open creating a whole new set of problems.

Locking pin or pins to lock when open. This seems obvious, but I forgot to add it to my "order". I suggest even having the ability to be able to lock the arms in various positions. I don't know about you, but I often end up on uneven ground when camping.

So long story short: I say go with a swingout, but keep the above in mind. I could be wrong, but I would imagine that Pelfrey could fashion those options.

    *(It was me.)

I'll have an on-topic post tomorrow.

Nice! I've gotta do the same thing soon, my left side is cranked down even more than your first pic to compensate for my lean... how much did those springs set you back if you don't mind me asking?

    Things that cost to much...
Got around to installing my Kings, Camburgs and Wheelers AAL. Letting them settle before I adjust them. Also put on Wheelers front bump stops and Timbran rear bump stops with the U Bolt flip kit. Carrier bearing drop kit thrown in for good measure.

Rear dust cap epoxy finally dried so now the wheels look uniform. No more exposed, rusty hub (I wire wheeled and clear coated it before adding caps)

All done now. My brakes have never been this good. My old calipers were definitely toast. New suspension is super quiet and glassy smooth. I left the sway bar off as well. I can’t tell any difference in body roll but definitely takes dips, bumps etc better.
