Has anyone installed these on a 3rd gen? If so, did you have to trim your existing studs? I'll be running these behind stock OR wheels and do not want to cut studs.

I'm pretty sure your stock wheels have pockets in between mounting holes that are deep enough for existing studs, so no need to trim. My sport rims do have the pockets.

I'm going to run the 3/4", or 1" spacers on stock rims on my sport also, after TRDPro lift like you installed, Monday.

IIRC 1" is questionable for trimming studs and 3/4" was mandatory stud trim/grind.

With aftermarket wheels, yes need to be trimmed/grind down. With factory wheels pockets are deep enough. Factory studs stick through 3/4" spacers only 1/8" to 3/16" There is a picture of it in a posting here, if you search 3/4" Bora spacers.

The picture, I'm referring to is in posting. Caution: Before/When Installing .75 Spacers Check OEM studs. 1st page picture of this.

Will depend on your wheels. I have Bora 3/4” spacers and did not have to modify the studs with Black Rhino Sidewinder wheels.

I have 3rd gen wheels on my 1st gen with 1" BORA spacers. No trimming was necessary.

Thanks everyone! I contacted BORA and they confirmed no trimming required with stock OR wheels.

I haven't decided yet. Just going to run stockers, until I can make up my frick'n mind. Either Terra Grapplers, KO2's. Have had TG's a few trucks and good luck with them.

Those will look good on your truck. I will go with 265/70/17, or 275/70/17.

That's what I thought also, when I read it.

Just confirms, my reason to stay with .75 spacers. Don't want my wheels/tires to stick that far out. Thanks for the pic.
