Used a 3" memory foam pad. For the bottom I used canvas and fleece for the top. I did two separate pieces so I could remove them easily to wash. It's hard to explain, but I will try my best!

    Measurements for the foam:
    Seat piece: 56"x24"x3"
    Back piece: 55.5"x20"x3"

I added 3" extra on each side for the canvas to run up the side. So measurements are below:

Measurements for canvas (with 1" to allow for sewing):
    Seat piece: 63"x31"
    Back piece: 62.5"x27"

Measurements for fleece (with 1" to allow for sewing):
    Seat piece: 57"x25"
    Back piece: 56.5"x21"

We added two 28" zippers on each piece on the short end to easily remove to wash as well.

It's not easy, my girlfriend is a sewing whiz and it gave her a run for her money.

    Inquiring minds want to know.

I would think each vendor has their own versions of colors. I bet a lot have something close they stock. I know the better places can custom mix or order colors but I bet the prices triple. Then you have to consider how even if you could match the paint code the characteristics of powder vs liquid might make a difference and then also consider paint over primed metal vs powder over raw metal. I think though even with those variations in play, you'd be able to come damn close.

I know I've told myself that if I ever added armor bumpers I would prefer them to match rather than contrast. I love the Inferno color and the more of it the better. If you have a Pro then with the black fender flares and chin the save some money and match.

I like where your going with this and will really interested in hearing what comes of it

Tapped them off really well and sprayed them with Duplicolor. Used a toothpick to clean off the letters. Pretty easy!

And thanks! My pups love it too! They just fall right to sleep!
