This was in my quote queue from last night lol. Five luggers were discontinued for third gen, which i think was a smart move for the most part.

Hurricane Creek>Max Patch yesterday. As much as I hate 70 degree weather in February it was pretty great.

Saw a newer taco by woodruff and the 85 construction, had all kinds of flashing lights in the grill and was parked in some mud.

Do you want to be on the lake or just near it? Buying or renting? How far do are you willing to travel for amenities? Got a budget in mind? We just moved out of a place on the lake that we had rented for several years.

Love to be on the lake but I'm not on an unlimited budget and lake front can be costly around 200k is at the top of my spending limit for buying something . Near the lake on a few acres would be good.Im open to the best deal and I don't need much in the way of amenities gas, church. good gun shop. Heading down in April to take a good look around see what the works for us.

There are only a couple of places to get on Lake Greenwood at 200k or so on the Greenwood side, and it would probably be in a condo. There are options on the Laurens or Newberry side, which is why I was asking how far you were willing to drive for amenities. There are lots for sale you can build on, and houses for sale in the Chappels or Cross Hill areas around 200k, but it's a good half hour or so to get to a grocery store or even a walmart.
