Did you just have a shop re arch them? I
m wanting to do the same and have them add pads between each leaf since they're squeaky as frick dakars. I'll have them throw the 3rd leaf back in too for a stiffer weight with the tent

Yup, went to a-1 spring in Oakland. They rearched mine and added a leaf. Pretty good job from what i can tell so far. Not sure about shops up closer to you

How much that’d run you, if you don’t mind me asking?

    Cheaper than new?

Original quote was $80-100 per pack for the rearch and $75 each pack for add a leaf.

cheaper than a custom deaver pack ($800 or so).

Sacramento spring should be able to help. I used to take springs there for log trucks and trailers. Always was good for that not sure on taco springs.

Then there's Abshires blacksmith in Durham Almost to Chico. Steve is a great spring worker.
Anderson just before Redding on the 5 is Thomasini blacksmith and welding. They kick ass on springs. They also will make new full packs if you want.

My favorite color is red. The silver billys looked great on my rig. But kings perform. I was mashing down a back road the other day and i gotta say, love my kings

Just get red kings, then you can look down on all the plebs without custom anodizing.

I may have tweaked a few things...
Did this guy have front armor? If so I may have seen it pulling out of Power Inn Home Depot as I was pulling in.

If I was to get anywhere near getting kings I would get any color but that blue. Fuck it’s like back in the ricer times of getting red Brembos.
Ps. Never owned a ricer had a 92 Toyota pick up. ;)

Reminds me of the anodized blue for classic cars. Which I also had and over abused.

That color is sacred and amazing! You shut that filthy word hole.

Man, we loaded a 20yd dumpster in one day. I can barely walk.but the mountain of cactus is gone.along with a dead hot tub, bike frames, and part of a deck. But on a happy sidenote, one of our 16yr olds did the physical examination for marines and fucking aced them.and he's talking about joining... I screwed myself when I was his age, couldn't follow in my dad's footsteps.
