Camber is wayyy off but here she stands for now, my auto surgeon set for monday, and some photos of before and after height and shows the preload setting. If I'm reading it right 1.5" on the preload gave me 3" of lift... I'm wondering if my old shocks just couldn't hold the truck up.

Not enough to have a build thread.
We went, we saw, we pussed out.

So we found Travertine around midnight on Friday/ Saturday, found a spot to camp, and slept. It was freezing and my heater stopped working. Then, in the AM, it was even colder. Heard from one of the locals it hit -1F during the night. We weren't allowed to have a fire where we camped. And while trying to fix the heater in the morning, I'm pretty sure I was really close to having a propane bottle explode in my hands. Literally threw the thing because there were flames around where the bottle connects to the heater and I didn't want it exploding near me and everyone else in camp. The fire went out and I'm pretty sure I have the heater fixed. But then we made our way to the hot springs. They were fairly crowded for how cold it was, there was a ridiculous wind, and although the water was warm, our heads were so cold it wasn't a pleasant experience. So we pussed out and just got home. I'm sure it would be a better experience in early fall or late spring. If we knew somewhere we could camp and have a fire, and have a working heater, probably would have been a different story, but this one was rough. Gives me a morning to do my spark plugs tomorrow though. Pics will be uploaded if anyone has any interest in seeing them.

I appreciate that. I could still go, but I made some promises I should keep.

Im also not able to go.

I really need to swap the spacer/aal lift that was on my truck when i bought it. I was rattling my way down the trail a few weeks ago. No air compressor either, so i dont really air down. About to hit that OT these next few weeks.

So..... I was planning to follow people that have already been there tomorrow and I'm not sure A) how to get there and B) how to navigate. Just to make sure I know where to go tomorrow, we're just heading to the Sierra Discovery Trial off of HWY 20 right? Is navigation pretty straight forward just get in the trail and follow?
