speaking of cabellas, the on in legends, KCK has some pretty dodgy bolt action guns. looked at a Winchester 30-30 that looked like the bolt wanted to fall the fuck off.

You don't actually need concrete. Just fill the bucket with dirt packed tightly around the 2x4. That way when your buddies (or you) shoot the 2x4 to hell, you can pull it out and replace it with a fresh one.

Tried out my new ear pro today. All I can say is I should have bought them a while ago. So much more comfortable than my H&L(these do have the gel cups) And they feel less bulky.

Thanks. Any particular reason why you prefer the 14? I know it's more adaptable (weapon mount, handheld, etc) . I have used my buddy's PVS-7 deltas and they are very comfortable. Never tried the PVS-14's though.

I think it's a better optic, but you said it in "more adaptable". I don't see the point in blocking both eyes with only one optical point when I can achieve the same thing with a single eye. Couple an IR laser with the PVS14 and you have a great setup for almost every condition. If you're familiar with the Bindon Aiming Concept, you can use BAC with the PVS14, but not the 7. I like having one eye in the NV and other seeing my sights plus everything else. Your brain with combine the two images for a resonable picture. I put mine on my left eye, shoot with my right, and with BAC I can hit pretty good. If I want better precision I turn on the IR laser for easy point shooting.

My first 9mm ever. Got it late last night. Put 200rnds through it today. Absolutely flawless. Amazing how little recoil a 9mm has! Haha

Field stripped and cleaned last night.

Plinking around: One mag of 15rnds from 20 yards. I'm shooting kinda low. "Grouping" sucks. LoL
