Ok cool. Don't worry about it. You pretty much answered my questions without me even asking them.

I just used my brand new set of Wildpeaks in the snow yesterday and today. I wasn’t impressed either honestly. 0135C04D-9EE7-48E3-B07D-671E654DBAEA.jpg

I think the voids in the tread being so much bigger on the Cooper is the biggest factor in making the difference.
That and the side tread is a lot better on the coopers. A few times we tried getting out of the ruts and mine crawled out easy but his wouldn’t grab.

They’re cool looking tires but I always thought the middle tread pattern looked like it wouldn’t be great in snow. I’m not too worried about it they were dirt cheap and they are quiet and do well in the wet so far, that’s my biggest thing. I’m not a hardcore snow wheeler like some dudes.

And the shape of the voids holds the snow better.

Talking about my Coopers or the Falkens? My tires stayed clear of snow the entire time, the falkens chocked up.

It's the opposite of mud. You want the snow to stick in the voids.

Haven’t mentioned this really but a friend and I started an off-road club/Instagram page a little bit ago called Evergreen Offroad, since this other one we were apart of died off. Anyway if anyone wants some decals that we PM me! $4 each. Black/White/silver/green available in both variations!

My Nitto Ridge Grapplers did well in the snow. I think the large lugs helped.
