You not going to cut it down and run just the front half with the GFC?

Looks like I may get my old one back from my Hilux.

It should fit on my 1st Gen Tacoma.

I didn’t see if anyone responded to this yet. I’ve been catching up on this thread lately. Did you ever get an example of someone doing this? I just got my prinsu racks in and was wondering the same thing. I think cab lights would look sweet on this rack.

While scouting the internet with a similar question to yours the other day, I stumbled across quadratec’s J5 Light Bar that has integrated clearance lights. This would look awesome in a prinsu. Too bad it’s too big. I wonder if any other light bars have a similar feature and would fit in the prinsu.

I have them laying on top of my tool box in my garage just haven’t gotten around to it yet... life gets in the way.

That light bar is an awesome find.

Picked up our truck yesterday morning, got this installed last night. Great rack, but two of the cross bars had two holes that weren’t tapped. Fortunately we had a 1/4-20 tap and were able to tap the holes ourselves. Thanks to everyone for all the great install advice. Used the hole punch and painters tape method and got a great fit. Took a few hours to get done but we were taking our time and trying to be as careful as possible.

I hear that. Hopefully you can get back in it. I’d love to see how it works out. One of the things I thought of, is if there is a flush mount cab light that could use the same holes that the wind deflector uses. Haven’t dug into that though. Those lights you have seem to be the best bet.

Yeah I wish that light bar came in a 40” so it would fit in a prinsu. Maybe @Baja Designs can come up with something similar?? :boink:

I put things that I don't want getting mess/smelly inside my cab or bed (I have a built out bed in the back) So things like, fluid funnels, grease, WD40, Fluid bottles.

I used to keep my recovery straps and air compressor but have since moved those items to one of the bed hatch compartments

Well, I stumbled across this light bar from Quadratec, but it only comes in 50” I believe. Really like the look of the “halo style” clearance lights.

I have a Prinsu roof rack and thought about adding clearance lights to the front wind deflector. I don’t have the cut out for a light bar. But if I did, this type of light bar would look sweet up there in lieu of custom cab lights. But I think the largest that’s fits in a Prinsu is a 40” or something.

Since I like everything else you guys make and would rather buy from you, i figured I’d ask you if you have anything that is similar.

Plus, if you guys end up making something similar and they sell like hot cakes, I’ll only charge a small fee... I’m a reasonable guy.

If you purchased the air dam with 40" cutout, our S8 40" LED Light Bar will fit nicely!
    https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/S8-40-Inch-LED-Light-Bar.asp

The S8 does feature an Amber Backlight in each 10" section. It's a little bit different orientation than the above but would still look very good! You'd have Amber in the center of each section. At this time there isn't an option to change backlight color/orientation.

Hopefully this is something that'll work for you :)

Let us know if you have any other questions!
