Keep your filthy hands off that stuff. You can lick the pan.

Is it spicy? I’m kind of a puss with spicy stuff.

Dibs!! Is he 12 or what.

I was installing this floor today in one unit of my parents rental building. It's a vinyl floor, but it feels of pretty good and sturdy quality. It is a floating floor, meaning it doesn't adhere to the flooring underneath. It's called Allure, made by trafficmaster. Home Depot sells it. Seems to have great reviews. A ton of people on my real estate investing forum swear by it for their rentals. This particular version is "peel and stick" well... sorta. the sticky parts are the grey edges and it mates up with sticky parts on the bottom of the next piece. The glue holds VERY well. I had to trash one piece because I set it down (no pressure on it at all) and it stuck. It also comes in a click together type style, but I feel like this sticky would seal better against spills. Anyway, This kitchen took me all of 2 hours to do. I never installed this kind of floor, but have installed other types of flooring.

I will be using this in my house when I am ready for it. The only thing different I would do is run the rows a little differently. This is how my dad wanted it done, we repeated our pattern after every other row. It seems to draw my eye to it, especially in the 3rd picture. I would have to do every 3rd row repeat.

Here's a link to the color my parents chose. At $1.79 per square foot, its at the cheaper end of the flooring spectrum, but more money than those damn 12 inch by 12 inch peel/stick tiles. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Traffic...Plank-Flooring-24-sq-ft-case-185312/206934038
