I love donuts, but a month ago my doctor said to cut back on carbs. I found I only have self control during the work week, but the weekends I'm a mess.

 

I was given the "you're overweight" speech by my doc for the first time on Friday! I celebrated by stopping at Total Wine and spending $60 on stouts!! I'll start my diet on Monday. (yeah, right!!)

 

No matter how hard I try.... I am never getting that speech from the doc.

I'm overweight but my blood panels are all normal. I tried telling my doctor that I'm still ok to eat carbs, but her Romanian accent and tone was not having any of it. I pretty much stopped eating out for lunch and have tried to eat more sensible. I've lost 10 pounds since Jan 15th. The weekends are the worst.

Riggers. But allot of smaller businesses will allow the site contractors to rig while being supervised if they get to know them.

 

Nope. On my projects, I’m a lead superintendent, only certified riggers can prep and fly loads.
Not saying it doesn’t happen on smaller projects but not usually on any of real size by a bigger company.

 

I believe it. My neighbor runs the biggest operation in the St Louis metro area and sends his own riggers out. Good friend is a ‘one man band’ but gets most of his work from the same people and a few of their guys are always there to do it. They might have a rigging cert, but he’s never specifically mentioned it.
