I've always been a fan of good gear. I like having skin. I think it makes me a little stupider though. I can safely say that a triumph T595 will pull really hard still at 150.

I like Maine it's nice too. I'm probably going to have to start acting my age soon and figure out where I want land and plant some roots soon in the next 5 or 8 years. Hoping I have the interest still to tinker.

We've been considering outside the US as well. Ireland, New Zealand, Australia are the top 3 contenders. My best friends company opened an office in Ireland last year. He could probably hook my wife up with a job if we went there. Tech people are in short supply in many countries and they are offer incentives to move. My skills on the other hand not so much. I could find a job in New Zealand pretty easily I think though.

That would be cool. My skills aren't over impressive, still building my resume lol. Companies hate losing me though for my work ethic combined with common sense approach. Also usually why I leave too.

After a couple months of driving around with the comp and rebound cranked up on my BP-51's,I finally got around to turning them back down. 2 of 4 were extremely hard to adjust. 1 front and 1 rear. IMG_0398.jpgThat spanner isn't supposed to look like that. I sent ARB an email asking if I should be concerned and if they would send me another wrench.

After 3 months of the stiff ride settings, I had kinda forgotten how plush these BP's are when turned down.

So ARB responsded today. They will be sending me a new spanner and suggested running some water over the adjustment area. Maybe some road grit is stuck in it. They asked if I would try that a couple times and see if it makes a difference.

I think ARB's customer service is pretty dang good. 24 hours after emailing them I had a response, a new wrench coming and suggestion on what to do.

My friends grandfather kicked the bucket recently. He left his pristine '89 Suburban 1500 to his favorite grandson, my friend Steve. IMG_0410.jpgIt only has 91,000 miles on it. Next weekend we will be doing a 4" lift on it if the shocks show up. Springs came in on Friday. IMG_0409.jpgThe goal is to make it look like this one only nicer condition. IMG_0411.jpg

That's a bummer, very nice suburban. Those are pretty much tanks. That lift should be fun.

I was super amazed at how clean it was underneath. I still think he should hose all the bolts an nuts with penetrating oil this week though. It's going to be super cool when it's done. It got a Flowmaster exhaust installed last week.
