Seems like front more than rear, but hard to tell which is more significant. I'll post photos of shocks

Just be thankful its not colitis or Crohn's. I have colitis and its aweful. Spent 4 days in the hospital due to my intestines swelling shut. Almost had to have a section removed.

I might just start doing a detailed track of my eating and what happens. Though if these last few weeks are any indicator it really doesn't seem to matter what I eat. Had taco bell the other night with no issues...had grilled chicken and rice with major issues....had nothing this morning with major issues. I just don't know lol

Shocks have about a 60k -80k life span. And will make your ride aweful if they are bad. Also very bouncy.

I was at a gastro doctor twice a month for a couple years. I was diagnosed with "severe IBS" after they tested for every other disease they could think of. I was ultimately home-schooled for a period of time because of it.

Controlling my IBS was an accidental positive effect of changing my eating habits to lose weight. The way I figured out what messed me up was eating those things after my diet became extremely clean (for the most part). It is a trial and error process.

It is covered by the upper control arm, but it looks like you have a spacer lift. Is this correct?

Dang man. That's rough. My whole life I've had an active stomach, to say it politely. Usually when I eat it's within 30 minutes to the bathroom. I can't currently recall the last normal, pleasant, time I've visited the bathroom. My diet isn't great but it isn't bad either. Nothing different really than I've done my whole life. Even when I was majorly meal planning and dieting a couple years ago while working out bathroom visits were still very regular. My dad and sister have stomach issues commonly as well, but none of us have ever been to a doctor about it.

If you are not in daily pain, i wouldn't think an "active stomach" is a bad thing. There may be things you are eating/taking that you don't realize are affecting you. Pre/intra workout supplements affect my stomach more than the norm, but i've just learned to live with it.

Make minor changes in your diet for a couple weeks at a time. Make sure to give it enough time to get out of your system before you make a decision on if it is affecting you or not. If it is not causing you constant paint, see if you can figure it out on your own before you spend the time/money at the doctor.

You may have a food allergy and not know it. Start with dairy and go from there.
