Nothing to really pick apart maybe don't walk the cup on tubing if anything? I don't unless is pipe or pharma tube personally . What type of work do you do? Seems welding is a hot topic on here lately.

My two cents....
Never lower the extreme care and precision of your work, be the best and you will get more important and well paid jobs as you become famous for quality. Be extremely responsible with the way you run your Shop, like never promise a date or a specific work that you can not deliver on time and exactly as requested. Be extremely respectful to all customers. Keep the Shop extremely clean, organized, and neat ( you could be the best welder but look like a sloppy worker, never helps ). Keep a log of Customers and all Jobs if possible. Charge work with a well documented, posted and measurable price, that way you will charge fairly and also avoids you loosing money, like charge by the inch of weld, or the time worked on the part, just the fact of knowing how much time you spent on a part will give you a fair price at the time of billing. Call Customers every time the unexpected happens like being unable to finish a job on time, a simple call goes a long way of gaining respect, plus that avoids Customers wasted time etc.
But I repeat, never lower the quality of your work, good work has a price, and the well paying Pros will pay if the work is perfect as needed and requested. Be humble, and let your work talk for you.
A last, but not least, NO excuses, perfect from A-Z, and you will be a Pro, from the second a Customer shows up, to the second the Work is delivered and the work is paid.
( And be safe, protect your eyes and body at all times with the best safety gear you can find )

I’m a firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated, now if the treat me that way is up to them haha, but I wouldn’t be we’re im at today if I didn’t take notes, and I try to NEVER promise anything only thing il promise is that I’m not a liar and the work will be done correctly, if I can’t weld it do to a equipment issue etc, I will tell you before hand.

When you formally open the Shop, let me know, I have a Family member who works in the Aviation Field in the F.W. area, and he restores all kinds of amazing things, I will put you in contact with him.
By the way, I advise you strongly to get Certified for Aviation related welding, like Titanium welding, there is tons of money on that Filed alone, just let us know.
