The chick I'm sleeping with, (my wife), is in charge of staffing the Med Center out there. The gates are open on Friday, and it's free to the public.

 

Same question here. Not only did we have to pay in $6K, because we had to pay in that much, we had to send them an additional $9K in estimated payments in 2017. Lovely.

 

This was several trips back and forth to the headquarters helping haul trash and volunteers. Then down to mm 65 and back. She had to fill up right when she got back to paved road. In all fairness she would have made it to the Valero stataion as you get back into town without adding fuel but when the light came on she stopped and added 4 gallons from the rotopax just to play it safe.

 

She did get arrested for hit and run so we will see what’s next

Regarding C&C, I'm planning to do the FarOutDoors meetup on morning of the 17th at Zilker if y'all are interested. I also plan to head out to HF afterwards if anyone wants to join. Planning to wheel with a few 4Runners who are camping out there.

I also plan to camp at HF from Thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th. I have Area 51 reserved.

 

What happened with C&C?

 

Concordia isn't/wasn't working out with ingress/egress issues, long lines, etc. They cancelled last month's while they finalize contract on a new location. They have yet to announce anything new.

 

As of now, without verification from the boss....the 17th looks good for me.

I'd like to join for HF... test out the new bumper on some jumping trees. I'll have family in town that weekend tho and not sure yet how things will play out.

 

Yeah I hope to have my new rear bumper on by then!
