Rustoleum bedliner spray sucks ass. The dupilcolor stuff is much better. Just don't get the bed coating.

That said if you're doing that I'd get something much stronger.

Edit - does that kit use an adapter or is the uniball actually in the LCA ? the spacing is very different if not...

Camburg and I guess that would be considered an adapter.IMG_2260.jpg

well actially that stack height does not look any different than if you had the OE LBJ adapt with misalignments etc

edit - well yeah i was way wrong ...it stacks the other way :) so the lower rod end size is wayyyy different

I don't have any pictures but I did reach out to Camburg with some questions regarding the kit. See below:

    To Whom it My Concern,

I am extremely interested in your spring under axle kit for the tacoma as mentioned in the subject line. I do have a few questions regarding the kit though.

1)What size shock/configuration is recommended? I am assuming that in order to achieve the full 19" of travel that roughly 18" shocks would be necessary to keep the shocks as close to vertical as possible.

For a race truck we’d set it up with 18” travel shocks to keep the shock ratio 1:1, for a prerunner you can run a 16” and lean the shock forward a bit to keep the bedcage more low profile.

    2) How low due the rear hangers sit below the frame? I don't rock crawl a ton but on occasion I do and hate to stick something too low.

The lowest point is 10” below the frame rail. We’ve never had them hit anything.

    3) How much weight over stock can the leaf springs accommodate without sacrificing travel?

We offer two different leafs springs based on the weight of the truck and load capacity.

    4) My understanding has always been that to increase the travel the hangers need to be moved further apart to allow a longer leaf. Your hangers appear to stay close to the same location as stock but lower. Is it the longer shackle and lower hanger that allow the travel in comparison to a kit like DMZ that simply moves the hangers forward and back? The DMZ kit seems to average about 17" of travel so I am curious as to how this one achieves more.

Have no clue where DMZ puts his pivot points compared to ours. We spent a lot of time designing our kit and all our pivot points have been changed to the geometry it is.

    5) Is there any accommodation for a crossbar linking the two rear hangers to limit flex?

Yes we have tabbing in the hanger mounts to incorporate a x-member or tube work for a fuel cell cage. No one else does that with their hangers.

    6) Does the kit come powdercoated as shown?

No it comes raw, if you want it powdercoated it would be an additional cost.

looks like a nice kit to me. Why isn't it more popular like the DMZ?

I think it is pretty new. I am strongly considering it sometime this year. My All Pro Springs have been nothing but garbage since I got them, and All Pro has pretty much washed their hands of it so when those springs give out I am going with a SUA setup.
