I think I will! Do you know a write up on removing the driver side dash piece, to access the back of the blanks for switches? When I wired my switches I ran the wires using a piece or steel wire, but with all the wiring I have to do I think it would be better to take the piece out and work with more room lol

900$ for an American is a steal! Would be like 500$! (Or more)
that @Mobtown Offroad guy owns the East Coast market! He is such a good guy!

@Kemosabe pretty sure there's some info hiding in my build about the dash blanks. If not I can tell you how I made my arb rocker switches fit in there

    It makes it more fun!

But seriously, I thought I should but was lazy.... I couldn't stop thinking about it so had to put it down on paper. When the time comes I'll make a better one;)

Started working on the cap rack @EatSleepTacos gave me when we met. I started by removing all the hardware that was holding it together, then grinded the galvanized from the spots I was going to weld. Then I layed it on the floor and welded the 4 corners. That's it for tonight since I am hungry lol will do more this week. I have to say that I am pretty satisfied with my welds too!

That looks pretty awesome! And those welds are nice too!! I'm so glad that I was able to give it to someone who will get good use out of it.

I am really happy you brought it to me! Can't wait to put it on the truck and find something to strap on it! Haha might be the chainsaw first since I don't like to smell gas in my truck bed!

Welded and grinded, not to get cold galvanized spray stuff to cover the welds, then clean everything and paint! No hurry but it is coming along!

Sprayed some cold galvanize stuff on the spots I grinded to help in the fight against rust. Hope it helps!

It is a myth everyone is talking about around here, a disease affecting steel stuff, and I don't take any chances! Must protect everything :tinfoilhat:
