Well it's Toyota's own fault for putting a double overdrive transmission in a truck with a car engine.

 

While lakerboy is a troll , I support his statement. If you believe cr, you should follow their advice. Buy a ridgeline . Clearly people don't follow their advice, but good luck

 

It amazes me 1) that CR can evaluate anything with their heads so far up their asses, and 2) that anyone pays attention to them. They have hated Tacomas for years "ride too stiff", etc. If you look at the numbers they actually are quite good. Honda must pay them more.

You shouldn't feel your truck is inferior just because it's a second gen. I think they are cool but I like my third gen better

I'm not sure which troll post is better, the one that said the Ridgeline is a better truck or the one that said the third gens are ugly.

 

Hard to believe CR even still exists

 

Well, the 3rd generation has proved itself to have better fuel economy, greater ground clearance and more horsepower. What's better about the 2nd gen besides the fact that you aren't ready for change?

I do find it funny as hell that we get tons of 1st and 2nd gen posters over here (some of them nice and looking to upgrade, many are just trolling tho) and those respective sub forums very rarely get 3rd gen posters over there.
Wonder why?
