Finally pulled out my Tonneau Pro Hard Tri-Fold and measured the width. It is also wider near the cab and tapers as approching the tailgate. I find I'll need 65" clearance between the uprights.

Just curious what the additional cost would be to have mounts on both the left and right side of the bars.

No additional cost for additional mounts. You're more than welcome to come pickup locally, @Black Foot did just that with his bars Saturday.
