Spun out on some slush and ice, and took the driver side rear door into a poll. How screwed am I, worried about that frame damage on the bottom.

That's not your frame. Your frame is probably fine.

Confirm that there is no problems opening/closing the rear passenger door. That is generally a good indicator of significant frame damage.

Opens and closes fine, still locks. Was going 40 - 50 km when I started the slide spun 270 into the poll. Was not going that fast on impact. Drove it 200km for work the following day that I couldn't get out of, still drives completely straight with no issues on the highway at 100-120km/h.

Sorry your first posting on TW is under these circumstances. I would say you were truly screwed if you sustained a permanent injury from this accident. Your Tacoma can be fixed, just be grateful you still have your health and family.

Sorry to see that about your truck but at least you are ok!.That part by your door is creased but looks repairable. When you get it fixed make sure it doesnt have any wind noise.

    Glad you're alright!

Like others said, looks like it can be repaired and definitely no frame damage that I see.

Surprised the curtain airbags didn't deploy. o_O

I was thinking same thing. The 2011s should have standard front/rear side curtain airbags, or at least I think my 2010 did.

Take it to a reputable body shop and get a proper estimate.

Rocker panel damage ins't cheap to get repaired, but that looks fixable.
