It shouldn't matter. The hardware he send you is all the same. Then you download the specific tune for your truck depending on the ecu and whether it's an AT or MT. You're good.

 

Thanks i was a little worried i would get the wrong tune ,then op would be gone on his trip. Do you know the average time with emailing back and forth for keys how long the tune takes to install?

 

It varies a bit, but usually not too long. Took me a couple days. Seems like 1-3 days on average. Once you get through the license process, the tune process is a piece of cake. And I think the dongles you guys get are pre registered so you have one less step of emailing back and forth.

Get the V2 instructions, there is a link in there to use if you get that virus message. The link gets you to a site where the download works just fine. Worked for me.

The older version 1.1.83 works just as well as the newer 1.1.93 according to what Mat said yesterday.

I agree with this. I have the 33 inch 59 lb ST Maxx and the new tune brought back normal feeling while 102-C -C I could tell the truck was a bit slower from a stand still. My guess is stock tire/wheels equal a touchy throttle while taller/heavier tire feels great.

 

Did Mat get you straightened out? I’m having the same issue
