What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Just bought my first Tacoma the other week. 2014 TRD Off-Road. Today, installed BD Squadron Sports mounted to the hood, combo light pattern.

 

Swapped out the hvac control knobs

 

Let me know how it goes, very interested in doing this myself!

I think it should be.. somebody qoute me if im wrong but i uave the same thing just havent got cuz im used to a truck & nvr really felt tyhe need for a back up cam

Just got my $8

DIGITEN DC 12V LED Digital Thermometer -50-220F Fahrenheit Temperature + Temp Probe Red

Digital thermometer in from Amazon to attempt my sub $30 thermometer. Still waiting on a 5m probe sensor to get here from China so I can mount that in the grill. I am 3d printing a housing for it to be mounted it on my dash somewhere. I'll have to paint it flat black as my filament is bright lime green, but we'll see in about an hour how it turns out as far as fitment goes. I plan on fastening it into the housing with some black silicone or hot glue then double sided 3m tape wherever I want the gauge. Will follow up with pictures after full install.

I did something similar in one of my old trucks, and a very dear, departed friend asked me "What the hell did that tree do to deserve that?"

 

I do miss the outside temp display my '06 had. I've considered doing something similar, but not going all-out with the 3d printing. I like it, and want to see pics when it's done!

 

We'll have to see how mine turns out lol My 3d printer has only been good at jamming lately

 

Ya, the 3d printing is a little much to get OAT.
Someone must have one that works on a vehicle.
I tried one from China and that was crappy.
I'd like to do the mirror thing, but that's over $100

 

Working on making a bracket for my aux fuse panel. Used some leftover aluminum, cut the basic shape, used my HF brake to bend it.
