Went from a CRF450 to a CR250 to this beautiful ride. Husqvarna TE300 So fun to ride and it handles technical single track and fast desert equally well. Hands down the best ride I have ever owned.

Is that an electric start? I know KTM makes an electric start but wasn't sure if Husqvarna went electric start too

It is but unlike the KTM it still has a kick start as well if you need it. The push button start is so nice!

Thats a good idea, the electric start is obviously a major plus but I like when they leave the kickstarter too. Very cool bike  electric start is nothing new but being two stroke that must turn a lot of heads when you start it

Not a dirtbike, but still a 2 stroke! Have a 99 Banshee that I built the motor on. Currently a 392cc 4mil stroker, but after the summer I'll build it to a 421 so I can break the 100hp mark. So much fun to ride, and since the cylinders are stock it has a sleeper look to it...just like my truck hiding the turbo :burnrubber:.

I've had a Kawi KDX 200 (first motorcycle when I was 16), KTM XC-W 200 ( was stolen ), and I raced an Aprilia RS 250 Cup bike. The KTM 200 was a fantastic woods bike but I actually prefer my current KTM a XC-F 250 (four stroke) due to the engine feel. Most of my experience has been racing sport bikes, starting with the Aprilia RS 250 Cup but most of my roadracing was done on Honda and Yamaha 600s. I found I much preferred the power curve of the KTM 250 four stroke because I felt more confident getting on the gas and modulating the power coming out of corners.

Anyway here are some pics of my KTM 200:

Not on a 2-smoke, or a 2-wheeler for that matter... but I've had the steering stem twist off on my old sport quad before. I felt like a cartoon character twisting the bars back and forth wondering why I'm not steering. A tree stopped me shortly after. Had buddy tow me with his YZ250F while I concentrated on using my feet as scrub brakes on the front tires to turn right or left. Days like those are the real adventures!

I was about to say I thought I recognized that view, then I saw your location. I grew up 30mins from Chatt in Dunlap. Miss that valley. Nice ride too bud.

I picked up a leftover 2019 KTM XC-W 250 TPI last January. Put 55hrs on it and it has been flawless. Great bike and love not having to mess with the carb. Highly recommend the new TPI bikes
