    Was wondering if you guys have bought any of the black housing headlights off of EBAY if so how is the quality and what company/sell has them. Thank you for the help.

    Not eBay stuff but bought a set of depo and they are holding up very well so far!!! I used them to do a morimoto projector mod to them. See attachment for a picture of them.

    Also tacomabeast released a new headlight for second gens that looks freaking sweet!!! collections/headlights/products/05-11-toyota-tacoma-projector-headlights-light-bar-drl-version-2?variant=7152326606878

    I HAVE A 2012 TACOMA AND I WOULD RATHER BUY THE RETROFITTED ONES IF I GO THAT ROUTE. But they are a mean looking light

    Not a problem and yeah with being up north ill have to deal with the snow which likes to stick to everything and then the water finds its way into the headlights.

    Yeah for sure. I know it seems like work but if you do get some cheap ones from the bay I would suggest popping them open and adding more sealant to them at least. Just depends I guess if you want to save some money on the lights and put some work into them. Or not have to deal with it and drop some extra coin. I had my DEPO for about 6 months before I did the retrofit and did not leak at all. And that's with all the intense Texas rain and humidity during spring storms. Then during my retrofit I added even more sealant and they are still holding strong.
