I agree, but I thought he was talking about chips caused by rocks stuck in the tire tread.

 

Its no rattle can from Walmart, but its not terrible. I had a set of wheels that I coated for maybe $40. But like I said, problem is finding an oven big enough. I don't believe anything will hold up to scraping against rocks.

My advice would be not to. Getting rid of my Mom's condo in Panama City since she passed. Stats:
Monthly fees when they moved in (1986): $200 Now: $800
Special assessments for all owners: $12,000 per owner for new roof in 2016. Only one of several special assessments on a more or less bi-annual basis since they lived there (fix the swimming pool, redo the parking, redo the tennis courts, replace the plumbing etc, etc.)

All this shit accumulated over the years and it was really beginning to eat at her retirement savings. We did not have to think twice before dumping what has ended up being a money pit with no really hope of even renting it and making a profit.

You would be much better off finding a small home for investment purposes.

Sexy new wonderfulness has arrived. Had to replace my last one because it started leaking after 8 years and I didn't feel like taking it apart to fix it.
