After a few days, some light off-roading and ~500 miles here are the numbers on from my 2015 TRD OR 4x4:

    Quick Spec Reminder
    TRD Suspension Upgrade kit
+ 1/4" HS top plate spacers up front
+ Wheeler's progressive 3 leaf AAL w/Overload IN in rear
    (on stock 3+1 leaf pack)
sitting on 265/75-R16 Cooper Discoverer A/T3s

    Front Left - 23"
    Front Right - 23 1/8"
    Rear Left - 24 7/8"
    Rear Right - 24 7/8"

I think the fuel gauge says a bit less than 3/4 of a tank at the time of measurements and no load in the bed.

    Pic at update:

    Since I didn't take pre-install measurements, I'm using @NMTrailRider's pre-lift measurements as reference...

so looks like I'm effectively gaining ~ 2 13/16" of lift up front with the TRD setup + 1/4" spacers and ~ 2 3/4" in the rear with the Wheeler's progressive 3 leaf + OL and left with a rake of ~ 1 3/4".

Let's call it 2.75" up front for you (for ease). 1/4" front spacers = .5" lift. So, you're netting 2.25" lift in front from the coilovers alone. That's the most I've seen yet.

Now, it's very possible our measurements could vary by 1/4" in user introduced error. But your report/results makes me think 2" is more to be expected than 1.75".

Am I making sense? It's late in the day and I'm beat. Hmmm. The 2.75" in the rear also sounds high, compared to earlier reports?

When taking into account two different people measuring, plus two different trucks... I wouldn't bet on these measurements/comparisons as being stone cold truth. I'm not criticizing and more data is always good. Just pointing out the reality. I'm also not saying this isn't the reality. It might be true.

Pre and post measurements by the same individual on the same truck is important.

Thanks for sharing this info. Keep it comin, guys!

Yea I REALLY wish I would have done pre-measurements since there are other variables between your truck and mine in year and mileage on the stock suspension/stock leaf pack. The hub center measurements are also kinda janky with the ol' "this looks like the center" eyeball guesstimate. To add to the mess, my original numbers were also on the street vs these new numbers on my driveway.

On paper, I’d agree with you. Real world application, myself and others are getting closer to 2” up front with this kit.

Hope it works outs for you the way you’re hoping.

My numbers are looking to be close to yours...still letting things settle and will get alignment in the next day or so.

Looks awesome! Can't wait to get mine, I haven't ordered anything for the rear yet. I only have around 52k miles on the truck, but from what I see it looks like I will be nose high if I don't do anything in the rear. I'll go with the 3 leaf aal. any particular brand better? thanks for the info!

What full leaf pack do you plan on going to achieve 1.5" of lift?

I received the General Spring HD pack yesterday. Haven’t installed it yet, but supposed to net around 2” rear lift. As far a quality, I’m impressed. Very well built. I didn’t trust adding an aal to my factory leafs.

With 85k, i'm also closely looking at whole new leaf pack, but i dont want anymore than 2". I'll have to check that pack out, everything else i glanced at was over 2". Would prefer 1.5", but havent seen anything near that either.

I've heard skyjacker leaf springs get around 1.5", worth looking into

Check it out. I will install this weekend or next, but my buddy has these springs and really likes the ride. I have a shell so the extra weight carrying ability will be a plus.

I have 60k miles on my original 3+1 pack. It's not frowning but it's pretty flat, it's 1/8" inch away from resting on the overload springs. I have a canopy that never comes off.

I can get a new take off TSB springs for $80 and do an add a leaf ... what do you guys think?

I've got 15,000 miles on a 2" single aal, with the stock 3+1 leaves, and have had great results. I frequently haul with the truck, on very very rough roads, have a heavy cap with toolbox mounted at all times, have carried as much as 1200 lbs in the bed, and am very pleased with the ride. I see people often say on here that the single AALs produce a stiff ride, but my experience has been the opposite. My stock leaves were almost sitting on the overload with just the cap and nothing in the bed, so the AAL actually lifted the leaf pack up off the overload and produced a more comfortable ride. When I first installed it I figured it would get me by until I could afford to upgrade to a full pack, but now i have no intention to change it in the foreseeable future.

How does it feel when you don’t have the added weight in the rear? I plan on adding a canopy and some other stuff that will permanently stay in the bed, but having just installed the 1.5in single AAL, it feels pretty stiff. It’s been a fairly harsh ride since I put them in. At first it didn’t feel bad but it’s starting to bother me. Perhaps adding some weight will make all the differences.

Perhaps a little off topic but could someone confirm if there are differences between the TSB gen2 pack and the gen 3 pack? Both are 3+1. Or are they exactly the same part number?
