My cap probably weighs 200+ lbs, and it's been on the truck since before I added the leaf, so I can't comment on the ride with no load. But, the ride with the cap and no cargo is much better than stock. Wheelers 2" aal and 5100s. Ride is firm but plush, almost never hit the bump stops. I've been pleasantly surprised, and I've been using the truck hard on very rough WV back roads- probably what many would call trails in parts of the country with more developed infrastructure, haha

I've only seen 2 sets pop up again since sets got canceled yesterday. 1 was over $1,100 and the other was the sale price but sold immediately. Wouldn't expect to see any for the $600 it was a couple weeks ago.

Also, have heard that people have been calling whatever dealerships they can get ahold of and ask for inventory check but by now every Toyota dealership is out of stock.

There was an inventory list in the 3rd gen thread that was updated a few days ago and there was only a dozen left nationwide.

1" lift from 3rd gen suspension, 265/75/16 ATs
    Also interested.

Also anyone tried the regular oem replacement GeneralSpring leaf pack? Their HD one should give 2" of lift. How about the non HD one? Expect same height as oem 3+1 pack or maybe somewhere around 1" of lift over 3+1?

Question for you peeps that already got your kits.

Got mine last week, and in the main box there was a baggie with some parts. Is that the only baggie that's supposed to come with it? Or am I missing something?

Gotcha. I haven't opened the boxes yet to be honest. I only opened the main box that it all came in, and there was a baggie there. I'll check the others later.

    Thanks a lot!

    What @Zacowacko said.

The bag by itself is the rear brake line extension bracket, and an extended clamp for the line underneath your drivers side leaf pack (this little f-er was a pain in ass for me, no clue why).

The other two bags are your rear shock reservoir mounting bracket and hardware. As mentioned, each rear shock box with have one bag.

I called everyone I could think of, other dealers were giving me numbers of folks that "had" them. Called around 30 folks yesterday. Either they were sold out or they were unwilling to ship. I think this ship has sailed now for me at least.

That’s the brake line spacer part/hardware.Inside the rear shock boxes will be a bag in each that are the bypass/resi brackets and hardware.

2 more sets! I just bought mine and shipping out from a dealer I found on eBay. $550 shipped. He said they got 2 more sets today on top of the 1 I had reserved. The phone number is 7068670170 and ask for Wade. He's the guy who helped me out. Seems nice and legit so hope this helps some of you who had cancelled orders. He's in located in North Carolina.

Could use some help - Just received my kit yesterday, but don't plan to install until the first week of April. Until then, I have to decide on what to do for the rear lift.

I have a 2012 SR5 DCSB 4x4 with the TSB leafs. In the end, I want to retain some rake since I typically have 150-200lbs of sand in the bed all winter, and tow a heavy camper occasionally in the summer. I also don't want to buy a full leaf pack right now. So I'm debating between a 3 leaf progressive AAL +OL, and a single leaf AAL +OL. My concern is that the 3 leaf progressive will leave me a little too high in the back, and the single will leave me with a harsh ride.

If anyone is installing this kit with a 3 leaf progressive +OL, I'd appreciate some measurements and pics. I think the closest I've seen in this thread so far, included a 1/4 spacer in front.

Also - if anyone is using a single AAL+OL, I'd appreciate the same as well as feedback on ride comfort. I don't want to have to depend on weight in the back for a comfortable ride.

    Thanks in advance!
