Many thanks, I'll look forward to seeing the front end in place, and to hear how well it rides. This is the set up that I have had in mind for my truck.

The key point being 2011. The housing market in Sac was so far in the toilet in 2011 that if you were in the market for a house you had pick of the litter. I lived in Sac from 2010-2012 and I remember my landlord being crushed when the house with the same floor plan as a hers next door sold for $130k at auction. She bought at the peak of the market in 2006 at $330k. The last time I looked the market has been on a tear the last 6 years.

How much do those usually go for? Looks to be in okay shape for 10k miles?

I did the gear swap on my 2wd. I used this thread for reference: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/speedometer-correction-by-t-case-gear-change.480939/#post-6626604
Went here to find what gear I had stock using my VIN:
    http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_199907_TOYOTA_TACOMA_RZN196L-CRPDKAB_3505.2.html?hl=33403G
    which was 33482-59015 N=17, MARK 17:6 This means 17 tooth mark 17x6

When I went from 31x10.50s to 255/85s with stock 4.30s my speedometer was reading slower than I was actually going since I was traveling more distance for one tire rotation. I knew that I would need to spin the speedometer gear faster to have it read faster, therefore I needed a speedometer gear that had less teeth and was smaller. The only option on that list was 33403-69175 16 tooth, 6x16 mark and it put my speedometer right on the money.

When I upgraded to 4.56 gears I put my stock speedometer gear back in since it brought my final drive ratio back to stock.

That's what they're selling it for used with 10k miles. I was wondering if that's a ripoff or a good deal.

I don't really know the going rate for used leafsprings so I'm not sure if that's a decent deal.

I'm assuming using these is better than using an add a leaf on my original leaf springs. I'm looking for 2.5-3 inch lift all around.

So I just talked to him has two sets of the same leaf spring. The 10k mile set for $350 and a brand new never installed set for $450. AllPro sells it for $549.

Should I go for the used set or new set?

What's a complete OME set up go for these days? $1200? I'd say unless you have the front stuff already, fold your wallet in half and put it back in your pocket. You'll double your money that way.

I dunno o oist have a wheelers off road progressive add a leaf on stock leafs. But 299 bucks off for 10k miles sounds like a deal to me if you're looking for a leaf set. Otherwise I'd buy new dakars for about the same 350
