My dipshit friend has been off his terminal and he still hasn't looked very hard for a job, of course the leave he had saved was massive but I do want to slap him upside the head sometimes. :laser:

    Amen.
I was actually about to join the army right before I got Lupus. :bananadead: Can't sneak that shit thru MEPS.

Speaking of which my flare has calmed way the hell down. Phew... still get that annoying chest pain on a deep breath but I can tell the inflammation has eased up a lot.

Yeah, but a meh job now is better than giving handys at the old folks home for rent money while you wait for a great job to appear ;)

I'm sittin on 85.5 days of terminal... I'm taking an entire month off to fix up the house to sell and wheel pretty much daily...

I'm hoping for a great job in the next 60 days... or at a least good one.
The handys for the old folks is a volunteer activity for me, you should see their faces light up when I walk in the room with that Vasoline.

I did some horrible math... I thought my terminal leave would start May 28th... it's actually May 16th. More wheeling time!

Hey don't say that you can get paid for doing that. @Enjoihavok does it for free . Now those old folks are going to have to start giving him $.50 a pop .

The last time I took terminal leave it was for 45 days, two months later I get a bill from DFAS for "over paid leave rations" and they never paid me!!! Fought with them for six years with no luck at all.

You're in Tucson, pop over to Raytheon. Also look into Unisys in MD for NV. Or a big DOD JT3. When I was there, money was pretty good plus it's pretty secure. The clearance will get you in asap.

The only company in Tucson that may use my experience and training is Leidos. But I'm trying to go somewhere new.

Picked my parents up from the airport today. I hate rush hour traffic, reason I work 2nd shift!
Cooked a great meal tonight that the parents enjoyed!! Should have taken more days off to enjoy everything we wanted to do but work had other ideas! My dad is excited to shoot some of the new "toys" I have obtained. Should be a good weekend!

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
Posted this on FB, but let’s talk. Truth hurts & not many people are talking about this:

You know what’s not a big problem in America? School shootings. Not a big problem at all.

Know what is a big problem in America? Our children committing suicide. Thousands, every year.

Parents, take care of your kids. If they are little jerks, straighten them out. If they are getting bullied, teach them to stand up for themselves AND others!
