    I love oatmeal stouts but it seems to be a style that is not brewed in AZ that much. Four Peeks had a great one but cannot find it any more. Why are all the small breweries doing IPA's?? or sour ales?? Love IPA's but a good stout or porter is always good to have on hand.

    I’ve only heard/read good things about their stuff.

    Seems spendy but I agree that you would be set for life.

    But just as a comparison a friend of mine built a very similar system himself for about half that price but it took him a year to get all the parts together and then fabricate it. So lots of labor involved on his part, and also shopping for deals.

    Preach brother! I love stouts and porters year-round. Always thought IPAs were ok, but I find sours terrible. Seems like sours and hazy ipas are all the rage right now... I’ll just keep sipping on my bourbon coffee stouts haha!

    Sooo, I'm really happy with it. Not perfect but damn good. I'll definitely rebrew this with just a couple of minor tweaks. Came in around 7%. One thing I really like is that it has a little more bitterness than a lot of the others but it's a clean and quick bitterness
