It's definitely getting better. The new armor masterworks is nice and the raid perks are nice too. Pvp is still awful though. I really hope they address that soon.

 

You know, I’ve always wanted to play last of us. I would always see and hear about it and thought it looked badass but I still haven’t got around to it. And I just started Fallout4. And that’s a “pack a lunch” kinda game so it might be awhile.

 

The one thing I wish they would change in RDR2 is the cross map riding. Mashing the fuckin A button for 10 minutes just to get to another location got old pretty fast. It would be nice if they either cut that out completely or added a “fast track” feature like the Fallout franchise.

 

I agree with PvP. I really don't like the 4v4 format. I really thought I would when it was announced but I don't. And the ttk is so fucking long unless you're getting team shot it's ridiculous. That said... about the only time I play is during Trials.

I "personally" think it's one of the best games ever made. I loved the storyline and I hope that the new one is just as good. One thing about it... Naughty Dog has their shit together so I have high hopes.

 

I hate trials. I've only played a few times but every time we get absolutely murdered. The lack of match making is the worst. I've been playing IB all week and it's so hit or miss. If you're with a group it's not too bad usually but solo is just terrible.

 

Anybody play fortnite on ps4? That’s been my go to for the past month.

 

I played once solo. I thought it was alright. Think it would be a lot better with a group though. Shoot me a friend request if you wanna play sometime. PSN is the same as here

 

You would never want to go into Trials with a matchmade group (if they ever decided to put that feature in the game). I've found it easier to go flawless in D2 than D1 so far. But I've only been flawless twice so far. I just don't play that much PvP. We've got a Trials game set for tomorrow so we'll see. I personally love Trials because it forces you to play at the top of your game. And the rewards are nice. Still looking for the season 2 pulse rifle but I've got three of the new Trials auto rifles and I love them. Basically a stable submachine gun with range. The Armor for the Hunter looks cool as shit but the armor for the WL looks horrible IMO.

As far as matchmaking goes. I don't play PvP unless I've got a group. If you go in solo you can pretty much expect everyone to just go in all different directions and be teamshot each time you turn a corner.

 

Ya I just always get matched up against people who are all way too serious about it. And most of the people in my clan don't pvp. It's mostly just me and one other guy that are any good, so it's hard to get a group going. I need to get an antiope-d to drop. I just need to find a good team. If you ever need a 4th, holla at me, I'd love to get a run going. I'm usually pretty decent

 

In trials you’re going to get matched up against the best players obviously. I went on guardian gg a couple of weeks ago and noticed we went against a streamer and stomped their ass so that’s always satisfying lol. I’ve got so many antiope- d’s to drop I’d give you threee of mine if I could.

I run trials two different ways. One with my regular group or one using destiny Lfg. Destiny Lfg has completely revamped it's site and it looks more like the100.io now. There is a drop down box with whatever activity you would like to do. Pick Trials. Once you pick Trials there will be two boxes next to it. One marked Sherpa and one marked beginner. Check Sherpa. The reason this works is no one is going to pick beginner and expect to go flawless but if you pick Sherpa it assumes you know what you’re doing. So what “usually” happens (not all the time) is you end up running with three others that picked Sherpa so they should be good. Play a few matches and get a feel for the group. If you like the group stick with them and play until you go flawless. Works really well if you can’t get a group together.

 

I think I had an antiope one time and dismantled it before I knew its true power. I'll have to try out lfg though for some trials action

 

Speaking of antiope-d. I don't use it even though it's one of the best submachine guns in the game.

I've been rocking The Last Breath Trials Auto since it's basically a submachine gun with auto rifle range.



The Positive Outlook auto rifle since it's pretty much a laser.



And of course the Colony since it's a fire and forget weapon

Lol... I understand. Honestly I wish they would ban the colony from PvP altogether. It takes absolutely no skill to use and you’re almost always guaranteed at least one kill if not 2-3 depending on the game mode. I just thought that rocket launchers were a no skill weapon until the colony came along. I hate to use it but since most everyone else is I might as do the same.

I can see how you can rack that time up though.

 

I really liked the settlement building aspect , I spent a lot of time just dicking around with that , my character is over Level 100 now , but I've been playing Shadow of War since it came out

 

Fuck yeah , that was a grind

Finally got the Platinum Trophy on Shadow of War , now I can play the Blade of Galadriel DLC

 

So how does it compare to the first? Better, about the same? Hoping to see it go on sale someday.
