Morning

No headache here, but for the past about 4 days now, I feel like I have slept a combined 4 hours total. Not sure whats going on lately but I cant seem to catch up on sleep, always tired and every day feels like a struggle!

 

'tis more accurate to how I feel as well.

 

I gotta get back on a good vitamin regiment and get some kinda cardio in my life!

 

I've gotten back into working out with Amy, just working on the diet now too.

 

I was like that last week up until Thursday. Then on Thursday night we went to bed before 8 and I didn't wake up until the alarm went off. It was refreshing.

 

Yea, working out with the wife is a no go for me....yea gotta get better on eating too, but I just gotta get some kind of cardio going again. Ill get a lot when I walk the par 3 course golfing, but I need something else. May have to get me another bike to ride/

I assume that's some kind of app? I plan to just play some kind of app on my ps4/tv while I ride.

yeah, that's why I don't "cycle" I mountain bike haha. I also don't have a top of the line bike.

I taco'd the front tire/wheel so I have a new front wheel setup for tubeless.

 

Mine has been very solid. No issues whatsoever.

 

I really love the hardtail. I rode a friends full suspension once and honestly didn't enjoy it as much.

I figure if I can enjoy it and be good on a cheaper bike, then one day I may get myself a nice one and really appreciate it.

 

Do you own a fatty? I want to try one out and see what the hype is all about. This one is sweeeeeeet.

I prefer to workout alone. Just put in my ear buds and do work. Also, it kills when I see people half assing it in the gym. I’m like, “You’re here, you did the hard part. Now get to work.”

 

what's the "benefit" to them? cushion? It just seems like they'd be harder to get moving to me.
