Got my Tacoma back from the shop!
    Installed:
    -Prinsu Roof Rack
    -Custom brackets for LED pods
    -Plano Case
-Front Runner Double Mount Jerry Can

    IMG_0580.jpg
    IMG_0581.jpg

I told them to ensure these pod lights swivel so I can use it either for driving or camp:

Prinsu forgot to pack my wind deflector that goes in front of the rack, but customer service was great and they shipped it off right away. Will be getting it on Monday.
Front Runner mount was missing a hardware that latches the jerry cans; customer service was also great and they expedited the part. Will be arriving Thursday.

California bans anything on the windshield, period, even just clear UV film. Most cops will let you get away with a 4-6 inch band across the top, but that's it if they comprehend it. When I get mine done, the rear sides and rear passengers will be uber dark with the rear sliding glass just UV protected since the planned rear dashcam will need visibility. Most tint installers in CA know how far they can push the front drive and passenger window without you getting hassled. It's not so much the tint itself, but the darkness. Understandably, cops pay closer attention when approaching vehicles with tint which is why many have their hands close to their holster when approaching the vehicle. Regarding the front windows, they want to see what happening inside which is assisted by the rear view mirror when approaching from behind.

No problem.. He's about as expensive as they come however. His average theater install is around 6 or 700k... Cool to see the showroom nonetheless.

The easy one there, if tinted, is to just wind them down as soon as possible before the cop walks up. It also eliminates any tint hassling.

The top of the bars in my photos are about 1/4" above the top of the bed sides. Now, you could either flip them then the top of the bar would be 3.75" under the top of the bed side and the bottom of the 1" bar would be 4.75" under the bed side

The other option is you tell me what diameter of bar you need and where you want the bar located in relation to the top of the bed side and I'll made you custom mounts.

Huskey finally released their X-Act Contour mats for the '18.
    Sliders came in, too.

Installed bug deflector on the 18 OR today. Took about 15 minutes or so. more trying to see if there was any alignment to it because it automatically put a tiny mark in my grille surround when closing the hood. doesnt touch the top side of the hood at all. It mid profile so dont stick up too much. Can still get fingers under it for cleaning if need be.
