    Finally did this yesterday it took about 10 mins to do, and none of my fan fins were broken and no foam chunks were broke off either lol and the cover still fits even with the new filter so that was a bonus for me

    Also my hood won't open, the cable is too loose. I had to pull the lever then reach behind it and pull the cable with my finger to open the hood. Is there any way to easily fix or adjust that

    No it came on mine, that's why it took me so long to do this I just figured I didn't have that pump there lol until I saw someone looking for a cover for one then I realized that's what it was
