    Thanks. Took a lot longer than expected but I'm very happy with it. We almost have the same tires. I was trying to be cool like Carter and go with the tall skinnys. Didn't get the memo that y'all are going to 35's. Haha

    Before gearing, what sizes, models, and brand of tires did you run? Without noticing a drastic decrease in performance and mpg

    I'm planning to use the set of steels I'm getting from John at LBL as wheeling wheels. Stop trashing the Baja wheels. Gonna put some kind of decent used MT on them.

    When I bought my truck, i put 285/75/16 KM1s on the stock steel wheels. Ran like that for a couple years and got slightly worse then stock mpgs (23ish). Then switched to same size KM2s with 16×8 aluminum wheels. Got slightly worse mpgs. Installed 4.88s, got better mpgs around town but worse on the highway. Mounted 315/75/16 KM2s and averaged 19 mpgs. Mounted 60#s a piece beadlock wheels and averaged 18 mpgs. Now with 36" TSLs and 60# beadlocks average about 16 mpgs.
