    yeah with there remodel its been a little tough to get a hold of them I had no issue a couple days ago asking about the twin compressor mounting hose looking for a longer one. got someone on the phone right away just depends how back logged they are. had to help out another TW member to check on his order when I was going by the shop towards Idaho springs. they are just behind on everything, I guess they where going to get a new website / E-store but the developer of the site took there money and ran or something. so they been in the dark ages I guess since. not trying to sway you, but just give others insight if they need something that's only from them.

    Appreciate the insight from you, and I understand business have issues, but I have never had good luck contacting them even before today. Which is a bummer because they are really close to me and I would like to support local businesses, but not if I have to work this hard for it.

    oh same here I agree. I try too as well but if they make it impossible for you to give them money what can you do. hopefully they can get things caught up once the construction is complete and they get a new website with estore showing what's in stock.
