But does that include an install kit or just the ring and pinon gears? Granted a basic install kit should only be like 50 bucks per diff so not going to add that much

Mules labor rate changes if you bring your own parts. They lose the markup on the gears they could have sold you.

if I recall correctly if you don't order the parts through them then the shop rate is $120/hour.

I could see the higher end since they will soon have all those people in their stock vehicles sitting on the off ramp to SR 900 oogling the window front of mules' soon to be location.

    Nope $140/hour now.

Also @JeffRoyJenkins going through ecgs after core return and what not for just gears (no lockers) it’s about $1600. Is that $2300 including the labor the take out/put in the third members?

Yeah, I've looked into that too. Like I say I'm a ways out from being ready to do it anyway, just exploring all the options right now.

Sorry, 1050 LABOR was what Jon quoted me based on doing a set of 4.88s, and buying the gears from them. Randy's quoted me $6000 for gears with ARBs and a compressor

Personally, even with the higher labor rate, I appreciate that Mule will install customer-supplied parts. A lot of shops won't even consider it.

    seriously LOL

Two of my cousins in Seattle sold their homes and are renting now because they think they are in a bubble and it's going to burst. Not sure. Thoughts? We are in a tech hub and I could see the home prices going up and up like the California bay area.

So...I'm gathering parts for my electrical overkill rework project.
I'll need to swap the three 24v relays out.
The plan is to run the SP8100 in to the relay triggers then run all aftermarket lights and accessories (under 35 amps) out of this box.
The rest of the terminals and all of the color matched connectors should be here by Friday. I hope to have a mount fabricated by Sunday.

Can anyone see any flaws in my plan?

Trying to make this super clean.
