Is there anything i can put on my door seals, window seals (any rubber) that keeps it from dry rotting and helps preserve it?

303 Aerospace Protectant is what I use on my tires and interior plastics. Good stuff and so is their fabric protectant for the carpets. Some things just cause it to dry out faster....like Armor all. DO NOT use armor all. I also give my wiper blades a wipe with it too.

    None yet! It's new!
After washing, when I dry off the door sills, I spray a bit of silicone on all the seals. I did it on my '96 for 13 years and they were perfect when I sold it earlier this year.

    X a Billion Use 303.
We (the company i work for) use it on rubber Kayak hatch covers. They see lots of sun from being left in the ocean tied up. We also use it on lifejackets. I personally use it on my car, including door seals, the dash Etc.

Color matched door handles, Weathertech floor liners, bed mat, Durafit seat covers, tailgate clamp, 2016 TRD Sport 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolander AT tires , Toyota exhaust tip, Toyota/Yakima bike rail mount, Toyota wheel locks, Toyota hitch cover, Redline hood struts, unifilter on air pump.
Dielectric silicone grease or 3M dry type silicone spray (part number 08897) both work great.

    YES!!
303 here also. I ordered mine at autogeek.net. It's an auto detail shop. I love that stuff because it does not leave a shiny finish.

I have some spots on some of my rubber that almost look like mold. but won't wash off. Mainly around the back glass.

any way I can get that off then start applying these lubricants to keep it lookin fresh?

+1 on the 303. It'll make most vinyl look new without being greasy.

This is very, very old information and Not True. Armor All was reformulated ever so long ago.

I use it for my vehicles and has proven especially good at keeping door seals pliant. It's NOT oily and it's not shiny; but it does leave lustre that some may not like. I'm sure the other products are very, very good but AA is pretty good too, very much cheaper and much more readily available.

303 is the best I use it on the Toyotas, Kayaks, Snowmobile, Boat and I just showed it to the place I work and they are trying it to keep the bugs off the headlight and to keep the Headlight (plastic) from fading.... working great so far..

You can pick it up from Overton's (and No I don't sell the stuff)

    http://search.overtons.com/?D=303&Nty=1&N=0&Dk=0&Ntt=303

and I think you can get free samples from here

One Day. Just bought it 2 weeks ago with 5773 miles on it. Now have 41000+ miles and going strong.
I use Mother's Back-to-Black. Part Number 06108. $6.00 @ Advance Auto Parts. Also use it on my tires. Doesn't leave that unrealistic shine. Been using it for several years & have had no problems with it.

dielectric silicone grease (basically the same stuff you get in the little "bulb grease" packets), ...i just buy a canister of dielectric silicone grease...

rub a light coating of it on the doors seals, ...rubber loves it, ...and it will keep from possible damaging the door seals when opening the doors in cold/frosty conditions... ;)
