Beautiful morning...leading into a nasty weekend!! Also get to start the day off meeting with DOT about some road signs for our business. Have a fair amount of cars that blow by since the state wouldn't allow our sign closer than 40 feet to the center of the road, so we need some blue marker signs, and the state needs to be the one to do that. Luckily the local guy has been pretty nice and helpful about everything, so hopefully we can get something figured out!

 

It should be really obvious if 4H takes care of it. It's like an on/off switch for the noise.

Occasionally, I'd switch back to 2H at the exact right moment or something and the noise would stay gone for a while, but going into 4H always got rid of it.

Just got the email notification that the ECGS replacement bearing is being delivered today. Tomorrow should be the AAL

 

Morning all ..... Just returned to work after 6 weeks ... shoulder recovery .. It was great driving again !!!!

Sheesh. Even the damn weather people are all "gloom and doom" to try to boost ratings now. It's 6 inches of snow. It's barely even March. People should know what to do when it's snowy & windy at this point in the year.

 

Girlfriend has this exact car. It's an absolute blast to drive and people who don't know think it's just a Volvo.. total sleeper.

Always liked Volvos. Bought one for $900 once that was in great cosmetic shape but had a lot of little issues, fixed everything but the AWD, got to the stupid angle gear, and decided I was done putting time and money into it. Sold it to a guy who owns a shop and broke even. He was planning to fix the angle gear and sell it, I'm sure he made money on it...I was just sick of working on it. It was super comfortable and while it wasn't fast it sure felt strong. The I5 turbo it had made peak torque below 2000 RPM.

 

Oh believe me, all our friends and myself take full advantage and make comments all the time on her being such a pole star.

She's so proud of owning a car that is so rare. Her ex husband in the divorce court made a big point that she was wasteful with money and bought the most rare car in the country, so we joke about her car being the only one ever. It's like the only thing she has been extravagant with while he bought all sorts of stupid shit and didn't make half as much money as she did.

If im not mistaken the XSE camry has the v6 and mach1's has an inline 4? But man are the new camry's pretty.

Anybody have any recommendations for a small light bar on the cheap. Maybe 10” or less . It’s for a golf cart so it doesn’t need to be top of the line.

 

Whats everyone doing for the weekend? I was going to go to Snodeo weekend up north but it's supposed to rain like a bastard. Thankfully it's going to snow in way northern Maine because I will be there next Tuesday-Sunday for snowmobiling.
