Helps for sure. I rarely use mine unless I'm loaded down. Or if highway traffic is slow and go

I REALLY REALLY wish I could make it on the 17th as I've missed all of these meet ups so far, but this time I have a legitimate excuse not work related. My childhood friend who passed from his battle with melanoma has a baseball scoreboard at his high school being dedicated in his honor that day. His family is flying in from Florida where they live now to be at the dedication and I have not seen them since his memorial service. I hope everyone has a great time and as always I'm looking forward to seeing all the photos!

On a lighter note .... I wanted to throw this out there for this summer coming up as a possible Meet up and then trip out to Bastrop.

    Webberville Park:

    More info here:

    https://parks.traviscountytx.gov/find-a-park/webberville

    Webberville Park.jpg

This park for those who do not know about it is right at the county line of Travis and Bastrop. Its located off of FM 969. Since this park is on the way to Bastrop I thought it would make for a good location to hang out, cook and meet and greet. There is plenty of parking for us all to gather in. There is a loop at the end of the park near the river (pictured above) with a few parking lots big enough for RV's so we could take all that over and hang out. There are picnic tables with grills that could also be used or we could do what we always do and cook in the parking lot near our rigs. After the meetup we could then head down FM 969 to Bastrop which is about an additional 15 -20 min drive and hit the public trails we all know about now.

It is selfishly close to home (hence my screen name :D ) but honestly not the reason I pick it and rather b/c its on the way to Bastrop :D :D :D :D :D :D

@ChadsPride - Let me know what you think and we can organize it for later this year?

    Thoughts?

    Magnuson-Moss Warranty act: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson–Moss_Warranty_Act

It's your protection if a dealer won't honor your warranty. I know I quoted you chris but I lost the other post:anonymous:.

But like stated above, if you're aftermarket suspension is the direct cause of something else failing, then the dealer can not honor that specific part's warranty. If they say you're lift caused your radio to quit or something else, then they are full of shit and just don't want to do it. But they can not, absolutely can not void your entire warranty from instillation of any aftermarket component.

Trouble is, proof is on you to fight it if they won't warranty a part because of "part x". best thing to do is talk to the manager or find another dealer that actually wants business.

someone correct me if I'm off.

Usually on vehicle websites, this is a pinned thread topic on the homepage as it's such a vital piece of knowledge.

Agreed, but the article makes it sound as though she was targeted. Maybe a road rage thing or something... speculation.

It's all good man. He passed in 2000. The scoreboard has taken a long time since all the money was raised/donated by the baseball booster club. It's awesome to now see it finally come to life.

You let me know when you think is a good weekend to propose this. They don't allow overnight camping at this park so I was thinking more of what we do at T&T.

I love the hell out of my 2016. There was the drama with the rear diff recall, but Toyota still went out of their way to take care of me through it. The amenities are fantastic - better than my brother's F-150.
    This.
I gotcha covered - we just have to be at the same meet at the same time.

Yeah, I'm not commenting on the d-bag in the truck; just the fact these days that it pays to have your head on a swivel.

So has anyone organized a convoy for the SA C&C or where is the majority leaning for this chapter?
