My quote wasn't directed at you specifically, but you don't "need" to compete either. So if you truly are tired of it you can always take a break and do what you mentioned the B.B side. Or crossfit, we won't judge (jk yes we will) but, point still stands. The powerlifting takes its toll fast on the body and if not maintained properly through many avenues of recovery, it makes for a rough lifestyle.

Took a risk and bought a bunch of MyProtein based on your guys reviews. Just tried the chocolate brownie batter. If they all taste close to this good I'll be very happy with my purchase. I got several 2.2 lbs pouches to try the different flavors. How many ounces of water are you guys doing per scoop? I did 16 oz per 2 scoops and it was pretty good.

    You spelled whole milk wrong...

I always do 8oz per scoop unless its like a 50g protein scoop (pretty rare anymore). So 16oz usually.

That's what site I use... So much cheaper than Bodybuilding unless there is a sale. Clothes are actually really nice as well.

8ish oz of water when I'm at the gym. 10oz of milk when I'm at home (before bed) Much better with milk but I don't have milk with me at the gym so water does the trick...
