Hey people, I'm one of the lucky few upgrading to the TRD Pro shocks and I'm throwing on a set of top overload removed Dakar mediums as well. Somewhere in the execution of my follies I've lost one of the leaf separator disks. It looks like it's about 1 5/16" diameter.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Contact ARB directly. They are very good on customer service.

I'll be doing the same thing soon. I have my leafs waiting to be installed (EL095R's). Let me know how it goes and what kind of lift you get!

It may be worth considering but I read some users say under extreme flex the real tall pack clamp on the overload came in contact with their frame and it bent so I trimmed a little over 1/2 inch off mine and re-drilled holes and ran a new retainer bolt thru with a nut on one end.

I also stole the liner from my stock pack overload and placed it on the Dakar overload since it didn't have one but the rest of the leafs did.

Interesting. Can't imagine why the clamps would be soooo tall. I'll have to read through the other thread tonight. Just ordered Dakars today.

Yea me either. Only thing I can think of is they made it 'one size fits all' to maybe accommodate all different thicknesses of the pack and when you're running few leafs and maybe flexing more it hits?
