    I had a bad experience with Crutchfield my last go round. I had to pay for the harness and adapter. When I asked they said they hadn't done that in years??? Also had the Bluetooth mic missing from the box (open box buy, listing said complete).

    I'm not sure, its been a while ago but I definitely remember talking to them on the phone about it. Dude acted like I was an asshole for asking. I actually emailed Bill Crutchfield about it and told him I would be using Amazon from now on. Never got a response.
