I know those type of guys, the ones who are scared to remove a hook from a fishes mouth or ones who wear gloves to cut the lawn. But their trucks are jacked to the sky with a mossy oak sticker

 

Has anyone Rhino lined or Line-x'd their OEM fender flares? If so please post pictures. Trying to see how it will look.

What kind of lift do you have on here?

 

bilstein 5100 with ome887 springs, spc uca, hs 3 leaf aal, hs 1/4 taco lean spacer

 

A week ago my 2 month old 2017 trd sport dcsb 4x4 started feeling really sluggish and the "assisted braking" system seems like it has been going crazy and sending my transmission into a frenzy trying to pick the right gears. I find myself needing to accelerate and naturally leaning forward to counter act the recoil made by the acceleration sending me back into my seat, however, I've been leaning really far forward because the lack of throttle response. It seems like this isn't how it was when I bought it brand new...only 2 months ago. I don't want to do any type of reflash or external computer that controls my transmission because although everyone is convincing themselves that this doesn't void warranty, it very well can. What are my options, anyone else with similar issues?

 

did you get your lift from headstrong offroad? iv been looking at getting the same package and i was wondering how the ride is?

Wouldn't you just take it to the dealer under warranty?

 

Already tried that. Dealer said nothing is wrong and everything is functioning as it was intended to. "The transmission was just made that way."
So for now I will drive the truck until something breaks.

 

That bumper! Who makes it? Any issues with the front end sagging due to weight?

 

Thats with all the latest software updates and TSBs? IDK man. I'm taking delivery of my AT 2018 in 2 weeks and hoping it works fine!

Thank you much! Yes I got everything from headstrong. They make everything so simple. The ride quality up front is very close to stock, almost no different at all. The rear suspension is More stuff so it’s not as bouncy as stock, just nice and planted to the ground. It now feels the way a truck should feel. If I got another truck, I’d go the same route again for sure.

 

I may go that route

Maybe have a friend or family member take it for a ride see if they feel like it's sluggish
