    I know man, I can't believe it's finally happening!! No, I'm not doing a front locker at this time. My Prinsu came in too but installation is going to have to wait for for a few weeks. I'll be out of town for a while starting on Tuesday.

    No, I'm going to Portugal and Spain for a couple of weeks. Kinda sucks, finally getting my gears and now it's gonna sit for a while!! Lol. But at least I'll have them installed!!

    Does anyone out there have an extra 3rd gen headlight assembly? The lens can be cracked or whatever. I'm interested in attempting to black out the chrome myself and don't really want to use the ones off of my 2018 as a test subject. I've had 15 years experience as a custom auto painter in the past so I know I can do it. It's just the baking part that scares me a bit.

    I wonder if these cheap lights could be upgraded with quality paint and better lighting components? Might be a fun project sometime.

    I used to paint and wrap Budweiser trucks right out of highschool. To this day I still can't spray corners or anything round for shit lol.

    Ok, so I got my truck back today from getting the gears installed at SDHQ. All I can say is WOW!!! Holy shit, the Nitro 4.88 gears make such a huge difference!! Well worth it. I was obviously expecting a difference, but holy shit the difference is incredible!!

    Yeah dude, I bet if they're glued together the same way as OEM, that it would be pretty easy. If you buy them, I'll paint them whatever color you want! :thumbsup: I can paint round things and around corners!! Lol
