I really need someone to drive my truck and figure out what the fuck is wrong with my front end I have the slightest clue what could be wrong. Maybe someone with more mechanical knowledge then me.

You may want to add symptoms and things you have ruled out, or already tried, along with the question.
    A limited number of components:
    Wheels
    Tires
    Upper Ball Joints
    Lower Ball Joints
    Upper Control Arm Bushings
    Lower Control Arm Bushings
    CV Shafts
    Wheel Hub/Bearings
    Differential bearings/bushings
    Front Driveshaft Front U-joint
    Front Driveshaft Rear U-Joint
    Outer Tie Rod Ends
    Steering Rack/Power Steering Pump/Fluid
    Steering column bushing
And out on a limb - motor mounts

If there are additional items that affect the front end, I am unaware of them, and hopefully others will chime in.

I'm sure that there are enough eyes and experience on this thread willing to help you out.

If it is a vibration, does it increase with speed, or does it only occur at certain speeds?

Does the symptom exist in both 2wd and 4wd? Also 3wd if your name is Floyd.

Have you rotated wheels/tires or changed inflation?

So basically it's really squeaking. Uca bushing are new so can't be that. I'm thinking it might be lca bushing but not positive on that either way I would need someone else to take a look at it.
Damn truck only has 40k mi but I do wheel it so who knows

I need to weld up your shock mounts. That's project#3, after maintenance and corrosion control day, and finishing a set of armor on a 4runner.

Not a huge rush. Just throw the mounts in line of your other stuff! When you get to it, you get to it. Thanks man!

    Everything TW members recommend
In 3WD I had no symptoms.

Breezed through everything that @Grand dude did at AAOA.

My truck worked perfectly. Ask my shotgunner @loosnut

When in 4WD, everything seems to clunk, bang, creak and groan.
