First world torture is UPS delivering THREE out of four of your new tires.

I have done some research on the biggest tire to run stock for the pro. 285/75's are the biggest AT, from what others have reviewed. Being in Rooty, sloppy North Carolina woods, I wanted an MT. No problem right? Well, I did a quick search on BFG's site this morning and found that an AT OD is 32.8" while the MT is 33.1".

Too late now. I guess we will see what happens once I get that last tire in. Any suggestions if I do rub? I do not want to change shocks on truck. I want to keep it as low as possible. Thanks in advance!

Right, I think I may have to invest in a heat gun and try moving some plastic around a bit. Whats the deal with the cab mount chop? Thanks!

you might be real close to the upper a-arm as well. When i measured, i had about 1-1/2" from the a-arm to the stock 265 tire. Keep us posted.

    Hi OP.

Welcome to the club.....If you want pics or want to see in person what you need to do to the plastic inner fender wells just lmk.

BTW - no CMC required or major trimming necessary.

@JimboAnz can attest that they work just fine on my truck and rub very minimally.

    ETA -

Why does that bed rack look too short?

Thanks! Yeah that would be great if you could share what needs to be trimmed. Have you had it flexed out? I get the tires mounted today! The other one should be coming today! We will have to meet up soon. I'm in Lincolnton every Tuesday for work.

Just the way she goes. I have seen some put a long bed rack on a short bed. But the short one is all I need.

Yep, been to URE a couple times now and gave it a good workout, no issues with rubbing the UCAs or cab mounts.

I'll PM you a bit later with more info.

They fit great! No rubbing from what I can tell. Looks to be plenty of room too at full lock! Very excited.

285's do not fit without a 3" lift, 4.5" backspacing, CMC, and caster pushed all the way forward!!!!!!!!!

You are clearly doing it wrong...TW told me so

Truck looks good! No rubbing at all with no trimming? Even all the way cranked in reverse?

I believe the people that say they aren’t rubbing during there normal driving or light off-road. But if you bottom out a front shock while making a 30 degree turn. On 285’s with no alterations. You’ll rub.

@RaunchBox, thank you, thank you for this thread! I have a pro and want to put this size tire on when my stocks go out. Please keep us all up-to-date on your findings. Any plastic modifications, etc... I'd be most interested in the A-arm clearance.
