They have done a bunch. And not one has had spacers. The general sales manager is a true Toyota guy. Has an old restored fj.

I'm confused, it says it's an 18 but it has the pro grille with the older (no TSS) garnish like a 16/17. The windshield shot doesn't help identify if the sensor is there either. Something isn't quite right.

$51k isn't that bad of a price, honestly.

That's a $36k + truck with $8k + in aftermarket parts installed with the factory warranty still intact.

Toyota stated that trucks with the blind spot monitoring systems should not be lifted due to the sensors being calibrated to the vehicle's stock height. It throws off angles for the sensors. This one does not have the sensors.

With that being said, it doesn't mean you cannot lift one with the sensors, just that they will not be accurate. It's so no one tries to sue them if they get in a wreck and blame the monitoring system.

That’s a nice looking truck but I wouldn’t be jumping to drop 51k on it

It looks like the buttons are on the steering wheel and the power rear window is in the right place. I dont think you can eliminate it. :notsure:

Serious question: Couldn't the dealership be liable in an accident (or other incident) for installing non DOT approved bumpers/lights? I know the risk if I install them, but if a dealer does and sells it that way....

Good Eye... So, they went full ID10T on the grille then? Or maybe they're waiting on the back-ordered garnish and hoping nobody wants to test drive or buy?

If you look at the door sticker, you can see it was manufactured 12/17. So it's a pretty good bet it is a 2018 model year

I like it... the price is not bad since it's all good equipment and it's installed already. Most of the ones I see are $49-$50K and all they have is a 3" spacer lift, rear blocks, some 20" wheels and thin "offroad" tires.

They have it as $51,323 MSRP.....but who pays MSRP? I can see over $9K in upgrades in it and I see it selling for ~$48K. In that case, $3K for installation is not bad...IMO.

I recently spent all day just replacing the needle bearing and the suspension...so now I value labor time a little more.
